About Pepper’s

Pepper’s is a Merseyside-based supper club and private catering project focused on intimate, seasonal dining.

What began as a series of supper clubs has grown into a wider offering, bringing the same considered approach to private dinners, small events, and celebrations.

Our menus are fully plant-based and change with the seasons. Guided by principles of ethics and sustainability, without sacrificing comfort or pleasure, we focus on food that feels generous without being heavy and designed to be enjoyed slowly around the table.

FAQs

  • Yes, all Pepper’s menus are fully plant-based. This allows us to focus on creativity, flavour, and sustainability across every event.

  • We do our best to accommodate allergies and dietary requirements where possible. Please let us know about any dietary requirements when enquiring.

  • We primarily cater events across Merseyside and the wider North West, with travel further afield considered on request.

  • As early as possible, especially for weekends. Supper clubs and private events are booked around each other, so availability can be limited.

  • Pepper’s is fully vegan as a reflection of our values. We believe plant-based cooking is a more ethical and environmentally considerate way to host and celebrate, and it allows us to be creative, consistent, and intentional in everything we serve.

Who we are

Hi, I’m Kate. I first started Pepper’s as The Vegan Supper Club Liverpool back in 2024. After a short hiatus, I decided to rebrand as Pepper’s, a name inspired by my cat Pepper (ironically, as she is very much not vegan).

I’ve been vegan since 2019 and have spent most of my working life in hospitality. Pepper’s grew from a love of cooking for people and creating spaces where food feels generous and relaxed, yet thoughtful.

My aim with Pepper’s is simple: to show that vegan food can be just as celebratory and satisfying as the traditional meat and dairy based dishes. Everything I cook is guided by my love of animals and the environment, while keeping flavour, atmosphere, and the experience of the people at the table at the forefront of my mind.

Whether I’m hosting a supper club or cooking for a private event, I want guests to feel welcomed, well-fed, and looked after, leaving with the sense that they’ve been part of something considered and personal.
